This evening The Dove Project is partnering with San Saba Friends of Animals for the Purple Paws Walk to raise awareness about the correlation between pet abuse and domestic violence. Meet on the courthouse square for the opportunity for our pets to sport their purple pride by wearing something purple. However, if you don’t have a furry friend you can still register for the walk. Refreshments will be provided for participants. To register, contact either the Dove Project or San Saba Friends of Animals to register.
