Hoffpauir San Saba Music Series Opens May 4th

The “kickoff concert” of the 2019 Hoffpauir San Saba Music Series featuring Shea Abshier & The Nighthowlers and opening act Mayeux and Broussard is this Saturday, May 4th, at Diggs Restaurant & Club.

Tickets are $15 and available at www.app.hellofund.com.

Ticket sales benefit the Juston “Shindig” Sanderson Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser.

Join Us for the Annual Christmas Extravaganza

Christmas Extravaganza is slated for Saturday, December 8th. Experience the Pecan Capital Trade Days, annual Sip N Stroll, Santa’s Workshop, Holiday Band Concert & Lighted Christmas Parade, plus the “Dancing Lights of Mill Pond Park!”

Start the day with the Pecan Capital Trade Days on the courthouse square from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Then join us for the annual Sip N Stroll from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. throughout the downtown district. Don’t miss out on Santa’s Workshop from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Estep-Burleson Plaza located just west of the courthouse square.

Then that evening, the River City Band Holiday Concert begins at 5:30 p.m. in front of the Arrowhead Bank followed by the annual Lighted Christmas Parade, beginning at 6:30 p.m., also in downtown San Saba! Then cap on the night’s festivities with a visit to see the “Dancing Lights of Mill Pond Park!”

So, come experience Christmas the “Hill Country Way!”

The brand new 2018 San Saba Music Series is kicking off with a bang! Jason Boland & The Stragglers along with Aaron McDonnell will be rolling into town on Saturday, April 14th, for the Pecan Capital Street Dance XVIII kicking off a series of “must-see shows” throughout the spring and summer. Mill Pond Lighted Christmas Park Grand Re-Opening

Tonight at dusk marks the grand re-opening of the Mill Pond Lighted Christmas Park!! Set your radio to 88.7 FM and enjoy synced music to over 30 acres of dancing lights!

Garden Club Open House

The San Saba Garden Club Open House is this Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The San Saba Mayor and City Council have proclaimed it San Saba Garden Club Day so stop by and see what’s been done to the building and have a little social time with us. A light buffet will be served. We would love to see you there.
